Cham Dallas was awarded a Ph.D. from the University of Texas School of Public Health (Major: Toxicology Minor: Health Administration) and a M.S. from the University of Texas School of Public Health (Major: Toxicology) and a B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin (Major: Biology)
Currently the Director of Institute for Health Management and Mass Destruction Defense, ambulance Cham was Director of Center for Mass Destruction Defense, ed He led 12 expedition teams to the most highly contaminated areas in Chernobyl.
